This dry, Amber wine is produced from the highest quality Kisi grape variety and fermented in Qvevri for 6 months, using old Georgian traditional wine making technology. According to Georgian Qvevri wine making tradition fermentation and aging in Qvevri happens with skin contact, thus wine is rich with tannins. Characterized aromas of field flowers, spices, and dried fruits, and harmonious pleasant taste. Finish is long and solid. Taste with: Baked and roasted meat, fish and cheese.
