This top dry, Amber wine is produced from the highest quality Rkatsiteli grape variety. It is fermented and aged in Qvevri for six to eight months using the traditional Kakhetian Qvevri technology. According to Georgian Qvevri wine making tradition, fermentation and aging in Qvevri happens with skin contact, thus wine is rich with tannins. Wine is characterized by the aromas of spices, dried peach and forest fruit, and harmonious pleasant taste.
