Tvishi is naturally medium-sweet white wine made from Tsolikouri grapes, harvested in Tvishi viticulture district of Lechkhumi, Georgia. This PDO wine is made from gently hand-picked grapes, slowly fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks where at optimal sweetness the fermentation is stopped by cooling of temperature. Wine “Tvishi” is characterized from light straw to straw color, with delicate, harmonious and elaborate taste, species-specific aroma and pleasant sweetness.
